I just purchased the screw that holds the Hayward Starlite in place. It appears the screws thread diameter does not fit in the Hayward housing receptacle. I tried screwing it in directly without the lamp and it does not catch or proceed inward. any suggestions? Lamp still not secured to housing at this time.

Hi Michael, Your only other option is to use a Repair Light Wedge (132) to secure the light into the niche.
