If you own a Hayward Chlorinator then this is a must. Battled the top for over a year. It gets where it is a mess to try to get off after a while of using it, even if you lube the threads. Bought this wrench and it is a God send. Do not hesitate. Worth every penny.

Works well on the Hayward in-line chlorinator, just be patient and don't press too hard. The stubborn lids require a little finesse with this device.

It was the best investment I made. I always had a really hard time getting the top off. Now I put the wrench on the lid and turn and it comes right off. I am careful though when I use it because it is plastic but sturdy, I just don't want to break it.

Pros: Easy to use
The pool cleaning duties in this household have been delegated to me. All was fine until I tried to unscrew the top of the chlorinator. THEN I found this little gadget! Best thing since air conditioning! Opens the top of the chlorinator with no problems for those like me who are not made of muscles!
