You will need to match the voltage, the MFD, whether or not the capacitor is a >run or >start type and the actual dimensions of the capacitor body.

Replacement start capacitor matches old capacitor in size and MFD but VAC is different. New capacitor is 110-120. Old capacitor is 165. Will the new capacitor work?
