In order to locate the correct parts we will need to know the model number of the filter valve. Two identical filters can have two different valves. Typically the valve model will be located on the label of the valve. If there is no model number on the valve, you can try to see if there are any part numbers on the valve itself. Have an old filter believe its a nautilus de filter. Only thing I have on the valve is sm10-2de. Valve assembly keeps tearing up spider gaskets and housing is starting to crack around screws. Is this the right replacement valve?

I am looking for a replacement valve for my 15 year old Triton Purex Model SM-2D.E. The original is rated for 50 PSI and 75 GPM there is also the following number directly above the GPM rating on the label 27-1141. This is used on a Triton Purex FNS Plus DE filter. Is this the correct replacement?

This was the exact and improved replacement for my old (1998) Pentair SM 10 2 DE multiport which was connected to my Pentair Nautilus FNS 36 D E filter. An excellent improvement is that the bottom tube on this is now one curved piece connected to the filter. The old one had an elbow joint which recently started to leak. It also has a ‘winterize’ setting. I had it installed today and it’s working great. If it last as long as the old one I’ll be very pleased. Thanks to INYO for their help.
