Hi MJ, The Pentair Bermuda Gunite Skimmer Dimensional Drawing does not have a width so the only other way was to get the dimension of the weir which is 8-1/2" x 5-3/8".

I believe the fellow that cleans our pool knocked the door off and then could not get it back on. Is there any documentation that would show me clearly how to reattach the door. I have to work from inside the pol as I cannot bend (medical problems). Is it possible that I could y my hands on an installation guide? I would greatly appreciate any help that could be given to me.

Hello Stan. The attachment of the skimmer door (Weir Door) varies by manufacturer and skimmer model. Please verify the manufacturer and model of your skimmer. The Pentair Products Bermuda Weir Door is installed by pressing the retainer clips located on the bottom sides of the door inward and placing the tabs inside the corresponding holes in the skimmer body and releasing them. Attached please find a picture of the Bermuda Skimmer Weir Assembly, note the retainer clips in the base of the door. Identification of your skimmer can be made with a model number found on the Weir Door or Skimmer Cover. Weir Assembly - 516252

Pool was loosing lots of water, replaced the two skimmers and they work perfectly. Very nice product at great price
