Warranty Ecommerce (EC) products: Products purchased from an Authorized Pentair Online Reseller (products beginning with EC-) receive a one (1) year (parts only) warranty from the date of purchase. The exceptions are: IntelliChlor cells and IntelliFlo SVRS pumps which receive a two (2) year warranty. EC products are not eligible for the bundled three (3) year extended warranty.

Hi, Leonard. We will also need the flow rate of your pump to determine what size filter you'll need. To calculate the flow rate of you pump you can follow the steps in our How To: Size a Pool Pump guide.

My Pentair clean and clear model 520 tank, top/bottom o-ring needs replaced and I can't tell from this diagram which o-ring I should order . can you advise?

The body o-ring for your model filter is listed at key number 10 on the parts diagram listed here. There are two types based on year of manufacture. If you are not sure of that then you can call Pentair at 1-800-831-7133 with the serial number of the filter so they can confirm for you.

Ordered the 520 at a great price and timely delivery. I disconnected the plumbing from the old one and discarded. I plumbed the pvc and then finished installation of new filter with new cartridges. I tightened all of the fittings and the pool is running smooth.
