How come your Pentair Filter 178585 filter is only 125 sq feet where as mine shows 130Sq feet on the top of the filter?
Is it a real Pentair filter?

HI Ken, This filter is an original Pentair replacement cartridge, it's based on the actual filter media square footage of the filter.

I have a penner clean and clear filter system. The cartridge I am trying to replace is a Pac Fab Inc. It has several numbers on it. The OUTERMOST number on the filter is P/N 178585. Is this the replacement number I need to be concerned about when ordering replacement filters?
