That would be correct this is just the thermostat knob and wiring coming off of the knob. The photo of the item in the picture is either the PF1102M or the PF1103M (Depending on Voltage) You may view our complete line of Intermatic PF timer parts here http://www.inyopools.com/controls_intermatic_timer_parts.aspx Thanks!

My timer will not cut off. I think it's because the copper probe to the thermostat is broken. I replaced the digital time clock with a new one but still have the same results. The model is PF1102T. I plan to order a new thermostat and possible product 7. suggestions?

Initially looked to be a simple operation, but two screws at the rear of the assembly were hard to reach and difficult to remove and reinstall amid the mess of wiring. It just required patience and some ingenuity (and a magnetic screwdriver) to reinstall the two screws. Otherwise, it was a pretty simple task. Once installed, the new thermostat has operated flawlessly.

Pros: Worked well, was a direct replacement.

I received the replacement part quickly and it installed easily. The installation instructions were very helpful. I though shipping and handling were expensive for the size and weight of the part.
