I have an above ground pool, 16,500 gallons. In my case is it better to go with a kit that covers 15,000 gallons or should I go with the 30,000 gallon kit?

Per manufacturer of our winterizing kit, they suggest going with the 30,000 gallon kit as the 15,000 gallon kit will not have enough chemicals for your application. You will want to follow the dosing instructions which comes with the kit and it will explain how much of each chemical you should apply to your pool based on your gallon size.

We have an AG pool 13,500 gallons. Should we use a kit for 12,000 gallons or one for 15,000 gallons to winterize our pool?

I would recommend the Kit for a 15,000 gallon pool for your size pool.

Very easy with the cover and accessories purchased thru INYO. This is the way to go. The kit includes all you need to close your pool for the winter. I highly recommend the plastic wrap to keep the cover from blowing around during high winds.

I buy this kit every year for our in ground pool to close it for the winter. Seems to work well & if the water level rises with the melting snow we worry less about pipes freezing.

Have the kit here but am waiting for Indian summer and to test my new heater. Will use it when it gets too cold for comfort. Used it the past three years and have never had a problem with the pool because of it.The water in the pool was always crystal clear in the spring ready to start another season. It's also very easy to administer.
