i recently bought 6 springs for my pool cover I received the springs but the collar to attach the strap is missing. in the photo of the spring shows the collar ? why isn't the collar attached ?

2nd, request. I ordered 6 springs ( 8" ) for my pool cover last week. when I received them it did not have the locking collar as shown in the picture ?

Unfortunately these do not come with the locking buckle. This is stated under the product description under the image of the item on it's page.

Could you show a picture of what the locking buckle looks like attached to the spring? I don't want to buy the locking buckle if its not the right one.

Cons: no locking ring
This spring seemed pretty much like the original, except it did NOT include the locking ring for the cover strap. I was able to reuse the locking ring from the original spring, so it worked out in the end.
